Deposition preparation involves summarization of the statements of the witnesses i.e. the verbal depositions which the Court reporters transcribe in the Court. The transcript deposition is summarized as per the requirements along with the head notes for ready convenience of our clients and further providing digitization services if required. Deposition summary are of two types:
A contract mostly includes name and address of the parties, mode of payments, time of payments, termination clause, time and mode of discharge, exceptions etc.. Contract management involves abstraction of such contracts, managing and reporting the changes to our clients as the changes come into existence.
Legal research involves observing and analyzing the facts of the case in lieu of the statutes and legislation in force, case law research in regard to precedents or previously decided litigations with similar facts to determine the ratio of particular type of matters, judgment review, analysis and summarization of decided cases. Moreover, on the basis of the research by our team, brief of the cases is also prepared for submissions in the concerned Courts.
